Maintenance packages are pre-purchased blocks of time purchased in 4 hour increments (i.e. 4 hour, 8 hour, 12 hour). Updates, support and web maintenance are billed to the 15 minute mark rather than rounding to the nearest hour.
Maintenance packages never expire and are ideal for supporting quarterly updates to your WordPress website over the year. An update on remaining time including detailed notes can be requested at any time
